Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Phone Call (the "App"), provided by Urban Work Flow ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities, and describe how information about you may be shown to others through the App's caller identification and location display features. Please also review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.

  1. Who Can Use the App To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old (the "Minimum Age"). If you are between 13 and 18, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian. If the law in your location requires a higher minimum age for us to collect, store, or use your contact information, that higher age applies instead. The App is not intended for anyone under 13.

Our Privacy Policy explains in more detail what information you may share through the App, and how we may use or share it.

  1. Contact Information and Enhanced Lookup By using the App, you agree that it operates in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to opt in to the App's Enhanced Lookup feature, you agree that we may collect, use, and share certain information from your device's phone book ("Contact Information") with other users of the App, so that the App can provide more accurate caller identification results for you and for others. By enabling this, you're giving Urban Work Flow permission to use that Contact Information as part of the Service, and you confirm that you have the right to share it with us. You can turn this off at any time from the App's Settings.

  1. What the App Shows The App may display a caller's name, associated listing, or approximate general location, based on public data, information contributed by other users, and Contact Information shared through the App. These results are meant as a convenience only — Urban Work Flow does not guarantee that caller identification or location details shown in the App are accurate, complete, or current.

  2. Third-Party Disclosure We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, except with advance notice to you. We retain compiled and non-identifiable data but do not share your personal data with third parties beyond what's described here or in our Privacy Policy.

To help improve the accuracy of the caller ID service, we may share your personal data with external technical partners who have signed a non-disclosure agreement with us. This does not include the hosting and operational partners who help us run the App, provided they agree to keep such information confidential. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Urban Work Flow, our users, or others.

  1. Using the App Responsibly You agree not to:

Share Contact Information you don't have permission to share; Use the App to harass, stalk, or impersonate anyone; Attempt to access or tamper with another user's data within the App; Use the App in a way that violates telecommunications, privacy, or data protection laws. 6. Ownership The App's design, source code, database structure, trademarks, and branding belong to Urban Work Flow or its licensors. You're given a limited, personal license to use the App for its intended purpose — not to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it or its underlying data.

  1. No Guarantees The App, including its caller ID and location features, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that results shown will always be accurate or up to date.

  2. Limits on Our Liability To the extent the law permits, Urban Work Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages resulting from inaccurate caller ID or location information. This doesn't limit liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for death, injury, or fraud.

  3. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features, practices, or legal requirements. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

  4. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Urban Work Flow's place of business.
